The 2013 Chico State men's soccer team began the season with big dreams. The chance to realize them begins with the postseason, which begins at the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Championship Tournament in Turlock this weekend.
The Wildcats went 13-3-2 overall and 11-3-2 in the CCAA to earn the #3 seed. They'll face #2 seed UC San Diego (13-2-3 overall and 11-2-3 in the CCAA) in Friday's 11 a.m. tournament opener at Warrior Field.

But the Wildcats returned the favor with a 1-0 overtime victory on Oct. 13 in La Jolla. Justin Walmsley headed Justin Saul's free kick home in the 93rd minute.
