DuPont, Wash. – The Chico State women's golf team wrapped up play Tuesday at the 2025 Grisham Memorial Shootout, finishing 11th with a two-round total of 642 (+66) at The Home Course.
Senior Brooke Pelletier once again led the Wildcats, following up her opening-round 75 with a 5-over 77 to finish tied for 17th. Pelletier highlighted her final round with an impressive four-hole stretch that featured three birdies.
Freshman Gabriella Fanucchi turned in the Wildcats' low score of the day, carding a 4-over 76 after opening with a 78 to finish tied for 22nd. Fanucchi showed steady play with matching 38s on the front and back nine Tuesday, picking up three birdies along the way.
Junior Lilly Crays recorded rounds of 84–84 to finish tied for 54th, while senior Sophia Magaña posted scores of 82–86 to also finish tied for 54th. Junior Ariana Blagrove rounded out the Wildcats' scoring with rounds of 84–89.
Chico State will return to action September 29–30 at the WT Invitational in Amarillo, Texas.
