As far as the Chico State softball team is concerned, it's seen enough rain to last a thousand seasons. With wet weather wiping out last weekend's home series against Cal Poly Humboldt, the Wildcats are more than ready to get between the chalk lines and get some innings in. The 'Cats will get that chance this weekend, as they travel to Southern California to take on Cal State San Marcos. The four-game series begins Friday with a doubleheader at 12 noon, followed by a Saturday twin bill at 11 a.m.
Fans can follow the action online with Live Stats and live streaming video, with links located on the Wildcat Athletics homepage and the softball schedule page.
