During her first three years as part of the Chico State women's basketball team, Tyler Prange provided the Wildcats with plenty of quality minutes and several important 3-point baskets. Now a senior, her role has expanded significantly, and the Anaheim Hills product has responded with a huge boost in productivity. Prange literally could not miss November 22 in the 'Cats' 85-63 victory over Fresno Pacific, and her sharpshooting skills make her the latest Wildcat of the Week.

Prange needed just 20 minutes on the court to pump in a career-high 13 points against the Sunbirds, connecting on all five of her field goal attempts, knocking down her lone shot from behind the arc and going 2-for-2 at the free throw line. She also added three rebounds, two assists and a pair of steals to help lead Chico State to its fifth straight victory and raise the team's season record to 5-1.

Prange is currently averaging 6.3 points a game and is shooting over 48 percent from the field. She ranks second on the team in 3-pointers, hitting eight of her 16 attempts from downtown.

Prange and the Wildcats open up California Community Athletic Association (CCAA) play this Thursday in La Jolla against UC San Diego, followed by a Saturday road matchup versus Cal State San Marcos.
