CHICO, Calif. - Chico State senior forward Meadow Aragon added another milestone to her decorated collegiate career, earning the Division 2 Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-West Region second team honor. Aragon becomes the first Wildcat since the 2023-24 season to have received an All-West Region accolade.

It also marks the first All-West Region award in Aragon's career. Despite an injury ended her season midway through the conference schedule, Aragon earning All-West Region served as a fitting testament to the impact she made during her final campaign in a Wildcats uniform. Before her injury, the Nevada City native was in the midst of one of the most impressive stretches in the West Region. In 16 starts, she averaged 15.2 points and 10.9 rebounds per game, with both marks ranking among the top five in the CCAA at the time.

Being named All-West Region becomes an addition to the resumé Aragon had already been building. She was voted first-team All-CCAA the last two seasons and received an All-GNAC honorable mention as a freshman at Western Oregon. During her two seasons at Chico State, Aragon also earned CCAA Player of the Week five times, three this year including a rare back-to-back in December.
