POMONA, Calif. – Madison Parry poured in a career-high 26 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, Sydney Peterson added 15 points to match her personal best as the Chico State women's basketball team outlasted Cal State Dominguez Hills 75–70 in overtime Thursday afternoon in the quarterfinal round of the CCAA Tournament at Kellogg Arena.
The win moves Chico State to 20–9 overall and sends the No. 4-seeded Wildcats into Friday's semifinal against No. 1 seed Cal Poly Pomona at 2:30 p.m. The victory also marks the Wildcats first overtime game in the CCAA Tournament in program history and clinches Chico State's third consecutive 20-win season - the fifth under head coach Brian Fogel.

– Parry's 26-point, 14-rebound afternoon completed her the eighth double-double in the season and the 25th in her collegiate career. It is the second time this season has played a career-high 42 minutes, the last was against her former team Cal Poly Humboldt in Arcata back in January.
– Chico State now leads the all-time series 49-22 against Dominguez Hills and is 3-2 in the postseason taking on the Toros. It is also the second time in the 71 meetings the two had to play extra minutes on the floor. Each team has a win in overtime.
