CHICO, Calif. - In the first official meet of the 2025 track & field season, two of the Wildcat Heptathletes took to University Stadium to take part in the 41st Annual Chico State Multi Classic.
Natalie Muse, in her senior season, set an impressive benchmark for the year. Muse took home the top spot at the event with a personal best score of 4312, winning three of the seven events over the two-day invite.
In her first official meet with the Chico State Wildcats, Annabelle Low had a positive showing to kickoff the spring, finishing in third. Low took home the wins in a pair of events; 800m and high jump.
The duo of mulit-event athletes will have a handful of chances to continue improving their marks as they work towards the conference championships at the end of the season.
