The Wildcat Invitational saw more than its fair share of outstanding performances Saturday at University Stadium, but one of the day's most exciting efforts took less than a minute to achieve. Taylor Walker-Wimberly, Ashley Jones, Aja Erskine and Ruby Davis teamed up to take top honors in the women's 4x100-meter relay, and in the process prominently etched their names in the Chico State record books. The electrifying run also makes the quartet the collective Wildcat of the Week.

Walker-Wimberly, Jones, Erskine and Davis notched a winning time of 47.41 seconds Saturday, which now stands as the fourth-fastest 4x100 time in school history. It currently ranks as the fastest time in the event by a CCAA 4x100 relay team so far this season and the fourth-best in all of Division II.

For Jones and Erskine, Saturday's performance marks their second appearance in Chico State's all-time Top 10 in the event. The duo teamed with Amilia Santos and Kasey Barnett last season to set the all-time Wildcat record in the 4x100 with a time of 46.50 seconds.
