Chico State Athletics Hall of Fame Nominations
Chico State Athletics proudly accepts nominations for the Chico State Athletics Hall of Fame. We welcome submissions that recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions of former student-athletes, teams, and supporters who have made a lasting impact on Wildcat Athletics.

Student-Athlete Nomination Criteria
Nominees must meet the following criteria:
– Completed at least two (2) years of participation with unusual distinction in one or more varsity intercollegiate sports sponsored by Chico State, past or present
– Completed their collegiate athletic participation at Chico State
– Completed their collegiate athletic eligibility at least 10 years prior to induction
Honorary Hall of Fame
Honorary members of the Chico State Athletic Hall of Fame are individuals or teams who have contributed to the Athletics Department with distinction. Induction of honorary members is at the discretion of the Hall of Fame Board.
The Nomination Process
Do you have a nominee you believe should be considered? Please submit your nomination by emailing the chair of the nomination subcommittee at athletics@csuchico.edu and include the following information, along with any supporting materials:
– Nominee’s name during time at Chico State (for record-confirming purposes)
– Maiden name is acceptable in the nomination process (if applied), but the nomination's name during his/her time as a student-athlete is required
– Sport(s)
– Nomination's head coach's name
– Years of participation
– Graduating Year (Required)
– Contact information (phone number, mailing address, and email)
– Your name and contact information
Additional Information
Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection for induction into the Chico State Athletics Hall of Fame, nor does it ensure immediate consideration for induction.
The Hall of Fame Nomination Subcommittee will review and verify each nominee’s credentials and vote on whether to recommend the candidate to the Hall of Fame Board. Final approval for induction rests with the Hall of Fame Board.
