CHICO, Calif. – The Chico State baseball team wasted little time making a statement in its CCAA opener, erupting for 10 runs in the sixth inning to blow past Cal State Dominguez Hills, 17–3, Friday afternoon at Nettleton Stadium.
Chico State improves to 12–7 overall and has won 11 of its last 13 games. Cal State Dominguez Hills falls to 8–6 overall and 0–1 in conference play.
Wildcat Standouts
Brady Ranallo – Went 1-for-2 with a three-run home run, three RBIs and two runs scored.
Stefan Foley – Finished 3-for-4 with a double, two RBIs and two runs scored.
Jackson Snitko – Went 3-for-5 with a double, two RBIs and three runs scored.
