TURLOCK, Calif. – Chico State rallied late to force overtime Thursday night, but couldn't finish the comeback in a 67–61 setback at Stanislaus State in CCAA play at Fitzpatrick Arena.
Chico State (15–6, 11–4 CCAA) trailed by as many as eight in the fourth quarter before rallying late, capped by two clutch free throws from Kamil Reid to force a 55–55 tie at the end of regulation. Stanislaus State (3–15, 2–13 CCAA) responded in overtime, outscoring the Wildcats 12–6 to secure the win.
