Wildcats Fall to No. 7 Cal Poly Pomona on the Road

POMONA, Calif. – Chico State ran into the CCAA-leading and nationally ranked No. 7 Cal Poly Pomona Thursday night, falling 77–45 in conference play at Kellogg Arena.

Chico State (18–7, 14–5 CCAA) posted a 10–12 opening quarter, but Cal Poly Pomona (23–2, 18–1 CCAA) used a big second quarter to take control, carrying a 34–18 lead into halftime before pulling away over the final two quarters.
