Wildcats Roll to 14th Straight, Tie Program Record with Win Over Coyotes

CHICO, Calif. – Kamil Reid scored a career-high 22 points as the Chico State women's basketball team extended its winning streak to 14 games—the program's longest since the 2005–06 West Regional championship season—pulling away late to defeat Cal State San Bernardino 63–56 Thursday night in Acker Gym.

Chico State continues adding on to the best start to conference play in program history, improving to 11–0 in CCAA action, highlighted by Reid's efficient night from all three levels and a strong interior presence from Madison Parry, who added 21 points to pace the Wildcats.

With the win, Chico State improves to 15–2 overall while Cal State San Bernardino drops to 7–9 overall and 5–6 in conference action. The Wildcats also extended their lead in the all-time series, 33–22.

– Cal State San Bernardino opened the game on a 10–0 run, but Chico State responded and trimmed the deficit to 16–15 by the end of the first quarter.
