Four is not what one usually wants to hear on the golf course. It works for the Chico State men's golf team, however. The Wildcats are ranked No. 4 in the nation heading into their inaugural 2014-15 event – the Western New Mexico Fall Intercollegiate at the Golf Club of Estrella in Goodyear, Ariz.
 
Chico State reached the National Championship medal/match play semifinals for the second time in three years last season. They got there on the strength of three sophomore All-Americans who are back to lead the team: Alistair Docherty, Lee Gearhart and Justin Wiles.
 
That trio will be joined in Arizona by a pair of freshmen – David Na and Justin Nuval – making their collegiate debuts.
