One of 15 true freshmen for the ’Cats in 2020–21…Pre-Chico Days: A 2020 graduate of Union High School in Camas, Washington…Earned four varsity letters…Helped lead the Titans to the 2019–20 4A Greater St. Helen’s League title…Twice earned First Team All-4A GSHL honors…Clark County Columbian First Team All-Region selection as a senior…Personal: Born February 27, 2002, in Portland, Oregon…Daughter of LaMont and Kira…Has two sisters, Makayla and Maya…The person she most admires in the sports world is Serena Williams (“She has beat all racial and gender barriers to become one of the greatest women’s tennis players. I admire her work ethic and determination she puts into her sport, as well as the impact she has made as an African American woman in the world of sports, using her platform and voice to make an impact”)…Why she chose to attend Chico State: “I loved the women's soccer program and the family feeling that Coach Kim Sutton brings to the team. I also chose Chico because of their outstanding nursing program and beautiful campus”…Her greatest sports moment is winning her high school league title and beating their rival team…The most interesting thing she’s ever done is going snorkeling in Hawaii…Has learned by playing soccer “how to be a team player by supporting and helping others to achieve goals. I have also learned how important work ethic, determination and mindset are when working to achieve goals.
