Biography

As a Sophomore (2023)
- Started 27 of 34 games, including 19 at first base
- Batted .279 with 2 doubles and home runs each
- Drove in 17 runs
- Went on a 10-game hitting streak from February 19-March 18
- Went 2-for-6 with 5 RBIs including a grand slam at Sonoma State on March 25

Pre-Chico Days
- Spent two years at Bakersfield College
- Led the team in batting (.383), home runs (9), and runs batted in (38) to earn All-Western State South Conference honors as a catcher
- A 2020 graduate of Highland High School in Bakersfield
- Batted .370 over four varsity seasons
- Helped lead the Scots to three Southeast Yosemite League titles and a pair of CIF Central Section Division III championships
- Earned All-SYL honors and was named the league’s Most Valuable Infielder in 2018
- Also lettered in football

- The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is earning First Team All-Conference honors in junior college
- Has learned by playing baseball that “if you don’t prepare to succeed, then you’re preparing to fail”
- Enjoys sleeping when he has some free time
- Regards weightlifting as his biggest non-baseball talent

- Best advice ever received came from his junior college head coach Tim Painton: “Don’t pay attention to other people and what they do. Everyone has a path in life and everyone is different, but in the end, if you work hard you’ll get to where you want to go”
