Biography

As a Junior (2025)
- Two-way player, primarily a starting pitcher but saw action in six games at first base
- As a pitcher, started all 14 appearances, going 6-3 with a 4.81 ERA in 67.1 innings pitched
- Struck out 49 and walked 17
- Within the West Region, ranked 17th in WHIP (1.37) and 21st in strikeout-to-walk ratio (2.88)
- In CCAA games only, finished fifth in fewest walks allowed (12) and ninth in wins (5)
- Picked up first Chico State win against Colorado Mesa (February 14)
- Threw a season-best 6.1 innings in game one against Cal State LA (April 18)
- Had three games with 6 strikeouts, the first against Colorado Mesa (February 14), the second against Cal Poly Pomona (March 2) and the other at Cal State Monterey Bay (March 22)
- Went 10 straight innings without a walk in two outings (March 16 and March 22)
- As a hitter, went 2-for-23 with a double, a walk and 3 RBIs
- Only double was against Cal State East Bay (March 13)
- Knocked in all 3 RBIs at Cal State Dominguez Hills (April 13)

With Los Medanos College (Pittsburg, Calif.)
- Played two seasons with the Mustangs
- Two-time first-team All-Bay Valley Athletic Conference as a utility player
- Voted All-Region twice as a utility player
- Started 24 of his 32 appearances, throwing 173 innings
- Went 12-4 with a 4.68 ERA
- Struck out 164 batters

With Antioch High School
- Lettered in baseball
- Voted the school's Athlete of the Year in 2021
- Voted second-team as a shortstop his senior year

Personal
- Born March 10 in Antioch
- Parents are Anthony Sr. and Lisa
- Has three brothers: Anthony Jr., Dominic and John
- Favorite course at Chico State is those taught by CMGT instructor Brooke Kinner: "I've had a great time in those classes and learned a ton!"
- Admires his father because "he helped me reach where I am right now, some things never made sense growing up but it all makes sense now. Thanks Dad. I l love you."
- His favorite athletes are his brothers: "They set the example, they were my favorite players."
- Chose Chico State because "the opportunity Coach Dave Taylor gave me was something I could not pass up. My brother, Anthony Jr., is also a Chico State alum."
- His greatest moment in sports so far was "going back to the super regionals during with Los Medanos!"
- The most impressive thing he's done outside of sports was having a 4.0 grade-point average at Los Medanos
- When having free time, he enjoys playing video games with his friends
- On his 'bucket list' is to travel the world
- The best advice he received was from his dad: "Leave no doubt."
