- Her father, Dave played for the Chico State’s men’s basketball team from 1992-95
- Has one brother, Jaxson
- Says her parents are her heroes because “they’ve shown success in lots of ways for me. Their marriage, their relationship with friends, their business, and raising two happy kids in the best way possible.”
- Her favorite athlete is Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry because “not only does he show hard work and dedication, but he also has fun with what he does.”
- When asked why she chose Chico State: “My parents went to Chico State and my dad also played for the basketball team. I wasn't going to continue my basketball career as I had lost a love for it. I was already planning on coming here to be a regular student, but thanks to Coach Fogel calling me up and offering me a spot, I am super happy to be here and to love the sport I once did.”
- Her greatest moment in sports so far was participating in the CCAA Tournament and qualifying for NCAA Regionals in 2023-24
- Outside of sports, the most impressive thing she has accomplished was creating relationships with my best friends
- Her best talent outside of sports is being a handy-woman for her and her friends’ apartment
- In her free time, she loves hanging out with friends, shopping, reading, playing Xbox, repeat watching a show for the thousandth time
- On her bucket list is to make a million dollars by the time she is 26
- An interesting thing about her is “I have a TikTok page I’m working on called ‘Jojo on the Court’ and will soon transition to ‘Jojo Off the Court.’ Give it a follow!”
- The best advice is from her parents: “Who cares?”
- Majoring in Business Entrepreneurship with aspirations to start her own business for awareness in mental health for women in college athletics
