As a Senior - T&F (2023)
- Appeared in nine meets, including three decathlons
- Took third with a personal-best 51.05m in the javelin throw at the CCAA Championships
- Finished fifth with a PR of 6,004 points in the decathlon at the CCAA Championship, also setting new personal records in the high jump (1.70m), discus throw (35.60m) and 1,5000m (4:58.36)
- Finished seventh with a PR time of 15.72 in the 110m hurdles at the Chico State Invitational
- Also set a PR in the pole vault at the Chico State Invitational, reaching 3.93m
- Set a new PR in the shot put (11.23m) at the Stan State Invite
