As a Senior – Cross Country (2025)
– Competed in six races during the season
– Placed 17th at the CCAA Championships with an 8k time of 25:00.8
– Helped Chico State win its 23rd consecutive CCAA Championship
– Placed 63rd at the NCAA West Regional with a 10k time of 31:35.8, helping Chico State win the regional championship
– Competed at the NCAA Championships, finishing 190th with a 10k time of 32:36.9
– Recorded a season-best 8k time of 24:16.6 at the Mike Johnson XC Classic, placing seventh
– Ran 24:26.8 at the Kim Duyst Twilight XC Invitational
– Posted a 4.97-mile time of 25:12.9 at the Lewis Crossover

As a Freshman – Track & Field (2023)
– Competed in the 5,000m and 10,000m during the season
– Recorded a season-best 5,000m time of 15:19.57 at the Wildcat Invitational
– Competed in the 10,000m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic but did not finish

Pre-Chico Days
- A long-distance running star at Nevada Union High School in Grass Valley
- Two-time All-Foothill Valley League selection
- Helped lead the Miners to the 2018 Sac-Joaquin Section Division III championship
- As a junior, placed third at the FVL Cross Country Championships and sixth at the sub-sectional race a week
- Capped off his senior season with another third place finish at the FVL Cross Country Championships and a win on his home course at the Nevada Union Invitational
- On the track, recorded a 3,200-meter time of 9:44 as a sophomore, and concluded his senior year with 4:33 and 9:33 clocking’s in the 1,600- and 3,200-meter events respectively
- Also lettered in basketball.

Personal
- Born February 12 in Berkeley
- Son of Kevin and Emily, both are Chico State alum
- Has one younger brother, Wesley
- Served as a member of SAAC while at Chico State
- Currently employed at The Well at Bell Memorial Union, a student wellness center on campus
- Favorite Chico State course is PHHA 370, Drugs in our Society, taught by Professor Skinner
- Favorite athlete is Swedish runner Andreas Almgren
- His heroes are his parents and extended family because "they influence and support my life and aspirations. I wouldn't have the privileges I have without them behind me."
- The people he admires the most are San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey and Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry because "growing up Giants, Warriors and 49ers fans, I have a lot to be grateful for as a fan. Buster Posey was a very even-keel and calculated catcher who had to overcome a severe injury to complete teh Hall of Fame-level career that he had. Stephen Curry is one of the most talented basketball players ever that revolutionized the game of basketball and created one of the NBA's best dynasties."
- Chose Chico State because of his parents, to be close to home and nationally compete in distance running
- On his greatest moment in sports thus far was "being able to pace my teammates to a 1-2 finish in the 2023 CCAA Championship. I was not running well at the time, but was very grateful to be able to help my teammates."
- The most impressive thing he has ever accomplished outside of sports was earning Valedictorian honors in high school
- Outside of sports, his best talent is organization and time management
- During free time he enjoys playing basketball with his teammates, find swimming holes and just hang out with his friends
- On the top of his bucket list is to qualify for the Olympic Marathon team trials and complete teh Western States Endurance Run
- An interesting fact about him is "my dad works part time as a PA announcer for track meets and for FloTrack, a sports media company that covers professional track meets, also as an announcer. My brother Wesley is on the team as well."
- The best advice he received was from teammate Jack Emanuel: "Don't wait."
- Graduated with a degree in Public Health in 2025 and is now pursuing a Master of Public Administration, expected to complete in 2027
