Pre-Chico Days
A 2020 graduate of Northgate High School in Walnut Creek…Competed in the 100m and 400m dash, 110m and 300m hurdles, high jump, long jump, and triple jump over three varsity seasons…Appeared in three Diablo Athletic League Championship Finals and two North Coast Section Championship meets…Broke school record in the 4x100m shuttle hurdles (1:06.56)…All-DAL selection in football…Named basketball team MVP as a sophomore.

Born January 27, 2002, in Walnut Creek…Son of Lief and Kathy…Has one younger brother, Bryce…The person he most admires in the sports world is Stephen Curry (“because of his work ethic and dedication to perfecting his craft to get to where he is today”)…Why he chose to attend Chico State: “The Chico State track team has a great winning and fun culture that I wanted to be a part of. Chico State also has one of the best construction management programs on the West Coast”…His greatest sports moment is running at the Stanford Invitational…The most interesting thing he’s ever done is getting an inside look at the University of Oregon’s football facilities…The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is being able to be a student- athlete at the college level…Has learned by competing in track & field that “you get out 100 percent of the work, effort, and dedication you put in to anything you set your mind to”…Enjoys spending time with friends…Says cutting hair is his biggest non-sports talent…Admits to being into fashion…At the top of his bucket list: “Travel the world”…Best advice ever received came from his dad: “When you have a dream or goal in life, you do whatever it takes and sacrifice what you have to—whether it be sleep, fun, or glory—to achieve what you have set out to do for yourself”…Majoring in construction management…Plans to use his degree to be a project manager, but also plans to pursue a career as a travel influencer.
