As a Senior - T&F (2023)
- Appeared in four meets
- Competed in the 1,500m, 5,000m and 10,000m
- Ran a season-best 4:09.97 in the 1,500m at the Chico State Invitational
- Only 10,000m race was the Mike Fanelli Classic, which he ran a 32:36.74
- Turned in a 15:56.43 in the 5,000m at the Wildcat Invitational

As a Senior - XC (2023)
- Raced in three meets, all in 8K
- Ran a 25:29.0 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational for a season best

2021–22
- Made his Wildcats cross country debut September 10, 2021 at the San Francisco State Invitational, finishing 31st with an 8k time of 25:54.0
- Placed 52nd overall September 25, 2021 (8k time of 25:51.5) at the Cougar Challenge
- Turned in his best race to date October 9, 2021 at the Western Washington Bill Roe Classic, finishing 24th with a 10k time of 32:35.1
- Ran an 8k time of 25:14.7 to earn a 12th place finish October 16, 2021 at Santa Clara’s Bronco Invitational
- Initially an alternate for the CCAA Cross Country Championships, but was plugged into the line-up on the eve of the competition and placed 25th overall with a 10k time of 25:38.5
- On the track, opened the spring season with a 5,000m time of 15:10 March 5, 2022 at the Kim Duyst Invitational
- Followed up with a 8:47.2 3k PR March 12, 2022 at the Aggie Open
- Recorded a personal best time of 2:00.4 and an eighth place finish in the 800m run March 19, 2022 at the Wildcat Invitational
- Scored another PR, this time in the 10k run, March 31st at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, finishing 15th overall with a time of 30:48.9
- Enjoyed a solid performance April 14–15 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, posting personal best times in both the 1,500m run (4:01.3) and 5k run (14:57.4)
- Just missed scoring for the Wildcats while placing ninth (10k time of 31:23.2) in the CCAA Track & Field Championships.
 
2020–21
- Did not compete due to the COVID-19 pandemic
- Named to the CCAA Fall Academic Honor Roll.
 
2019–20
- Redshirted the 2019 cross country season
- Competed in one event in the shortened 2020 track & field season, finishing 17th in the 5k (16:07.26) March 7 at the Kim Duyst Invitational.
 
Pre-Chico Days
- Competed for two years at San Bernardino Valley College
- Helped lead the Wolverines to a fourth place finish in the 2017 state cross country meet
- Earned CCCAA All-American honors in cross country in 2018
- Placed 32nd and 10th at the 2017 and 2018 State Cross Country Championships
- On the track, twice qualified for the State Championships in the 10,000m, finishing among the Top 10 both years
- Named San Bernardino Valley College Athlete of the Year
- Lettered in cross country, track, and tennis at Grand Terrace High School
- Won Sunkist League XC Championship in 2016
- Was the league’s top 1,600m and 3,200m runner in 2017
- In tennis, earned three straight Sunkist League doubles titles from 2015–17.
 
Personal
- Born June 28, 1999, in Loma Linda
- Son of Raymond and Dolores
- Has one older sister, Megan
- The person he most admires in the sports world is NBA superstar Kawhi Leonard (“because he’s a fun guy”)
- Favorite course at Chico State is Biomechanics, taught by Conor Wells
- Why he chose to attend Chico State: “I really enjoyed the campus and people here along with the great team culture and environment”)
- His greatest sports moment is recently making nine out of 10 shots from the free throw line
- The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished: “I can make Jamba Juice smoothies under 40 seconds”
- Has learned by competing in distance running “to always keep a good mindset and don’t be afraid to push yourself”
- Enjoys listening to music when he has some free time
- Is sometimes called Spicy Mike “for my love of hot sauce”
- Majoring in kinesiology
- Plans a career as a teacher and a coach.
