2011-2012: Placed 12th at the NCAA West Regionals, earning All-West Region honors...Placed tenth at the CCAA Championships as the Wildcats took ten of the top 11 spots in the race, earning All-CCAA honors.

2010-2011: Placed 44th at the NCAA Championships, missing All-America honors by four seconds…Placed 11th in the West Region Championships to earn All-West Region honors…Finished fourth in the CCAA Championships behind three teammates, earning All-CCAA recognition…Finished 16th at the Santa Clara Invitational with a PR of 24:24…Finished 42nd in the Willamette Invitational…On the track, finished second behind teammate Brent Handa in the CCAA Championships 10K for the second straight season to earn All-CCAA honors…Posted a 30:28 PR in the 10K at the Mt. SAC Invitational, placing him just outside of Chico State's all time top 10.

2009-2010: Started the fall season with finishes of 23rd and 99th place, respectively, at the Irvine and Stanford Invitationals…Finished 22nd and ran first sub-25 minute 8K (25:47) at the Willamette Invitational…A 12th-place run at CCAA Championships netted first All-Conference honor…Finished 19th overall in the NCAA West Regional helping the ‘Cats secure a regional title…At first NCAA Championships meet, finished 60th overall while running as the ’Cats #3 runner on the day…On the track, lowered his 5K best to 14:43 at the San Francisco Distance Carnival, then shaved another second off this mark with a 4th-place finish at the Chico Invitational…A week later notched a PR for the 10Kdistance, hitting an NCAA provisional 30:28 (then the 10th best time in Chico State hisory). Placed second in the CCAA Championships 10K final behind teammate Brent Handa...Finished sixth in the 5K final to help the Wildcats complete a 1-6 finish in the event.

2008-2009: Finished 67th at Aztec Invitational in his collegiate debut…Was 10th overall at the San Francisco State Invitational, but just missed the ’Cats CCAA Championships roster…Won the Almond Bowl 10K with a PR time of 31:26…On the track, started the season with an 8:39 PR for 3k…Logged a 15:11 5K PR at the Chico Invitational…Placed 5th overall in the CCAA Championships 10K final…Closed out the season with a 14:48 5K PR at the Occidental Invitational.

2007-2008: Redshirted both cross country and track during freshman year…Posted a top-20 run at the San Francisco State Invitational (26:23) and finished the fall season with a 10K time of 32:44 at the Almond Bowl footrace…On the track, was hampered by injuries but still posted PR’s of 4:09 (1,500 meters) and 15:46 (5K).

High School: During senior year at Campolindo HS in Moraga, delivered an All-State run in cross country (10th in the D3 race – 15:50) and an NCS individual track title for 3200m (9:20).
