As a Freshman - T&F (2023)
- Appeared in two meets, competing in the 800m and 1,500m

As a Freshman - XC (2022)
- Made three meet appearances, all in the 8K distance
- Ran a season-best time of 26:03.3 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational

2021–22
Redshirted during both the 2021 cross country and 2022 track & field seasons.
 
Pre-Chico Days
- Ran both cross country and track at Foothill Technology High School in Ventura
- During his junior year, helped lead the Dragons to the 2019 D-IV state cross country championship, placing 14th at the meet with a PR time of 15:48
- Member of four consecutive league title teams and the 2019 Southern Section CIF Finals champions
- First-team All-Tri County Athletic Association and first-team All-CIF selection
- Earned second-team All-State honors
- On the track, recorded PRs of 52 seconds in the 400 meters, 1:57 in the 800 meters, and 9:38 in the 3,200 meter distances before the rest of his 2020 season was canceled due to COVID-19.
 
Personal
- Born September 26, 2002, in Ventura…Son of Cameron Crouch and Suzzi Koenig-Brown
- Has two younger siblings, Acacia and Sebastian
- His uncle Chris Prewitt is his hero (“He was killed when he was hit by a car while training for a marathon. Chris always pushed me to become a better man and has influenced hundreds of people with his contagious and bright personality. He’s someone I always looked up to, and someone I’d love to become”)
- The person he most admires in the sports world is long distance runner Eliud Kipchoge (“He’s an astonishing endurance athlete who has run the fastest time in the marathon, and also has an incredible perception on the sport, as he believes that our minds are the greatest things to overcome”)
- Why he chose to attend Chico State: “Everyone I talked to said how incredible the culture of Chico State is and that they had some of the best times in their lives at this school. I am so excited to be able to continue my running career under the guidance of Gary Towne”)
- His greatest sports moment was cross the finish line at the 2019 state meet, then waiting to hear the PA announcer’s final results (“When I found out that we won, I was so overjoyed and was pumped with adrenaline. I will never forget that day”)
- The most interesting thing he’s ever done is go snorkeling in the Florida Keys
- The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished: “I have been able to keep my plant alive”
- Has learned by competing in distance running that “discipline is a very key part of running. Without it, I would not go very far”
- Enjoys mountain biking, surfing, wake surfing, kite surfing, snowboarding, skiing, cliff jumping, backpacking, and many more outdoor activities
- Considers himself “the best PB&J sandwich maker in the business”
- Can play the drums, piano, trumpet, French horn, and a handful of percussion instruments
- At the top of his bucket list: “Find the vibes”
- Majoring in kinesiology.
