2011 T&F All-CCAA (Finished 3rd in 1,5000 meters)

2010-2011: Red shirted cross country his freshman year…Placed 24th at the Doc Adams Invitational…Recorded a 26:05 8K at the Willamette Invitational…Ran a 15:11 5K in the Chico time trials…On the track, earned CCAA Freshman of the year honors after a third and fourth place finish at the CCAA Championships…Finished fourth in his 800-meter heat at the Payton Jordan Invitational with a time of 1:53:30…Covered 1,500 meters in 3:52 and 800 meters in 1:52 at the Chico Twilight Invitational while earning an NCAA provisional mark in the 1,500 meters…Finished fourth in the 1,500 meters at the San Francisco Distance Carnival with a time of 3:57…Won the second heat of the 3K at the Aggie Invitational in 8:38…Ran a 3:58 1,500 meters and a 1:56 800 meters at the Kim Duyst Invitational.

High School: A local product from Chico HS…Finished second at the CIF-Northern Section Cross Country championships in 2009…Followed up with a 15:47 clocking at the California State Meet…North Section 1600m champion for track and field (4:16)…2010 Track and Field State Meet qualifier in 1600m.
