- A three-time All-West Region selection (800m, 1,500m, 5,000m)
- Selected as CCAA Runner of the Meet after finishing first in both the 800m (1:50.15) and 1,500m (3:47.53)
- Holds the fourth fastest time in the mile (4:01.88) in Division II history, achieving the mark at the Chico Invitational, missed Wildcat great Scott Bauh's time of 3:59.81, which is second fastest
- A two-time CCAA Runner of the Week
- Ran the third fastest time in the 1,500m (3:39.47), achieved at the APU Franson Last Chance; also set a CCAA record and the eighth fastest time in NCAA Division II
- Finished 29th in the 800m (1:49.95), set at the Bryan Clay Invitational
- Clocked in the 32nd fastest time in the 5,000m (14:00.05) at the Sacramento State Hornet Invite
- Within the Chico State All-Time Top 10, broke the 1,500m record in 3:39.47 and fourth all-time in the 5,000m (14:00.05)

- Won both the CCAA and the NCAA West Regional championships
- Earned the CCAA Championship individual title in 24:06.1 (8K) and was also put on the All-CCAA team
- Took the NCAA West Regional individual title and All-West Region in 30:25.6 (10K)
- Placed 114th in 31:28.7 (10K) at the NCAA Championships
- Finished ninth out of 336 runners at the Alabama Huntsville Chargers Invitational in 24:03.5
- Ran a personal-best 23:28.9 in the season-opening Kim Duyst Twilight, placing third overall
