- Recorded a season-best 8k time of 26:13.0 September 25, 2021 at the Cougar Challenge, placing 67th overall
- Enjoyed his best outing of the season with a 36th place finish (10k time of 33:14.0) October 9, 2021 at the Western Washington Bill Roe Classic
- Concluded the fall campaign with a 14:51 5k track time trial at the Wildcats’ postseason event
- On the track, competed in nine meets during the 2022 season
- Scored a pair of personal best times May 13, 2022 at the Azusa Pacific Last Chance Meet: 1:53.03 in the 800m run and 3:48.23 in the 1,500m run
- Finished fourth in the 800m (3:49.28) May 7, 2022 at the CCAA Track & Field Championships
- Placed second in the 1,500m (3:56.04) and third in the 800m (1:55.97) March 19, 2022 at the Wildcat Invitational
- Notched a second place finish in the 1,500m (3:50.36) April 23, 2022 at the Chico Invitational
- Provided a solid leg in the Wildcats’ school and meet record time (9:58.69) in the distance medley relay April 2, 2022 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic
- Earned 2021–22 CCAA All-Academic honors
- Received the 2021–22 Division II Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award
- Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team.

2019–20
- Placed 36th (8k time of 26:39.4) at the September 13 Stump Invitational
- Posted a season-best time of 25:46.4 September 28 on the way to a 30th place finish at the 8k Capital Cross Challenge
- Finished 36th with a 10k time of 33:10.4 October 12 at the Western Washington Classic
- Recorded a 45th place showing November 17 at the PAUSATF Cross Country Championships, running the 9.75k course in 33:57
- Competed in one event during the shortened 2020 track & field season, finishing second in the 800m run (1:58.28) March 7 at the Kim Duyst Invitational
- Earned 2019–20 CCAA All-Academic honors.
2018–19
- Redshirted both cross country and track & field as a true freshman
- Raced to a 26:36 8k debut at the Capital Cross Challenge
- Placed 112th in Open race at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational
- Concluded fall season with a 23rd place finish at the Matt Yeo Invitational, recording a time of 21:51 for the four-mile layout
- Opened the 2109 track season with a 4:02 in the 1,500 and 1:59 in the 800 at the cold and wet Wildcat Invitational
- Recorded his first sub-4:00 for the 1,500 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, stopping the clock at 3:59
- Concluded the spring with a 800m time of 1:56 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational.
Pre-Chico Days
- Seven-time All-League honoree while running at Las Plumas High School in Oroville
- As a senior, recorded a 15:58 5k XC PR at the Flat Sac Invitational
- Went on to win the Westside League title before concluding the season with a fifth place finish at the North Section Championships
- Enjoyed a very fine senior season on the track, breaking three school records along the way
- Posted a personal best and school-record time of 9:32 to win the Thunder Invitational 3,200m
- Four-time All-League selection
- After winning his second straight North Section title in the 1,600, recorded a five second PR in the State Championship preliminaries while running a 4:13 and advancing to the final
- Finished seventh in the State final with a 4:15 finish time
- Concluded his high school career with a PR and school record time of 1:56 in the 800m at the Golden West Invitational
- All-League and All-Section selection.
Personal
Born February 14, 2000, in Chico…Son of Bob and Leslie…His hero is iconic human rights activist Malcolm X (“due to his desire to make important change happen by any means necessary”)
- The person he most admires in the sports world is former Cal State LA track star Khallifah Rosser (“He ran in the CCAA and just finished fifth in the 400m hurdles at the 2022 World Athletics Championships”)
- Favorite course at Chico State is Rhythms and Dance for Teachers, taught by Catherine Himberg
- His greatest sports moment is finishing fourth in the 1,500m run at the 2022 CCAA Track & Field Championships, breaking the 3:50 mark in the event for the first time
- The most interesting thing he’s ever done is hike Lassen Peak three times in a week
- The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is being on the Chico State team
- Has learned by competing in distance running to “be secure in your own skin and believe in your own ability”
- Enjoys mountain biking when he has some free time
- Says his biggest talent outside of running in procrastination
- During the off-season tries to see “how much I can injure myself on my mountain bike”
- At the top of his bucket list: “Climb Mount Shasta”
- Majoring in kinesiology
- Plans a career as a physical education teacher.
