- Posted a season-best 14:14.77 in the 5000 at the ULV Leopard Invitational (1st place)

- Appeared in seven meets for the Wildcats
- Earned participation at the 2024 NCAA DII National Championships in Emporia, Kansas racing the 10,000m
- Received All-West Region honors after a personal best 10,000m race at Franson Last Chance (29:16.11), finishing with the top mark in the west region
- Finished in first at the 2024 CCAA Championships in the 5000m with a time of 14:19.36

- Earned All-American after finishing 27th in 30:06.1 (10K) at the NCAA Championships
- Received All-West Region honors after finishing fourth in 30:51.0 (10K) at NCAA Regionals

- Posted another second place finish (8k time of 24:38.1) September 25, 2021 at the Cougar Challenge
- Finished fourth with a 10k time of 31:35.6 October 9, 2021 at the Western Washington Bill Roe Classic
- Won the CCAA Cross Country Championships, stopping the clock with an 8k time of 24:43.0
- Posted a 10k PR time of 30:55.4 on the way to a third place finish November 6, 2021 at the NCAA West Regional
- Capped off the season with an All-America 10k time of 25:05.0 November 20, 2021 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Saint Leo, Florida

2019–20
- Redshirted during the 2019 cross country season
- Competed in one meet during the abbreviated 2020 track & field season, posting a 10th place finish and a 5k time of 15:17.59 March 7 at the Kim Duyst Invitational.
Pre-Chico Days
- Competing in cross country as a senior at Del Oro High School in Loomis, posted a second place finish at the Stanford Invitational before recording the Sierra Foothill League title
- Placed second at the Sac Joaquin Championships while earning All-State honors with a third place finish in the D3 boys race at the State meet
- His 15:26 time at State was a personal best for the 5k distance
- On the track, helped lead the Golden Eagles to four straight SFL titles
- Captured a pair of individual league championships in the 1,600m
- Placed third and second at the Sac Joaquin Championship Masters meet in the 1,600, qualifying for State in both his junior and senior years
- Holds the school record in the 1,600m (4:15.89).
Personal

- Son of Christopher and Caryn
- Has one younger brother, Cameron
- His parents are his heroes (“for providing support and guidance”)
- Fan of Messi because 'he is the GOAT'
- Favorite Chico State course is Physical Activity Epidemiology
- Chose Chico State for the culture of the team, the track-record of success and location below the canyon near Bidwell Park
- His greatest sports moment is earning All-America honors in 2021 and 2023
- The most impressive thing he has done outside of sports was a 630-day streak on Duolingo for Italian
- Outside of cross country, his best talent is having a mental alarm clock
- Can play the ukulele
- On his free time, he is into photography
- At the top of his bucket list is to travel to Italy and Switzerland
- An interesting thing about him is he enjoys exploring Grass Valley by snowmobile in the winter
