Personal
Born June 6, 2003, in Portland, Oregon…Son of Ryan and Tracy…Has one younger sibling, Amalie…The person he most admires in the sports world is Olympic distance runner Matthew Centrowitz (“We had season tickets to Oregon Duck track meets and always sat on the backstretch, and the 1500m was my favorite event to watch him”)…Why he chose to attend Chico State: “I wanted somewhere where I could run and also had computer engineering, and Chico State was the best fit for that”…His greatest sports moment was winning the OSAA cross country state championship in 2018 (“It was a full team effort of all we had, and it was on a tiebreaker”)…The most interesting thing he’s ever done is go on a trip to Europe six years ago…Has learned by running cross country that “hard work matters, and if you work hard then you are usually not disappointed”…Enjoys playing video games and watching Formula 1 racing when he has some free time…Outside of running, his considers playing video games his biggest talent…At the top of his bucket list: “Go to a Formula 1 race”…Majoring in computer engineering…Hopes to establish a career dealing with computer hardware.
