Transfer from Mt. San Jacinto College…Pre-Chico Days: Pitched two seasons for the Eagles, winning three games and posting a save in 19 appearances (17 starts)…A 2017 graduate of West Valley High School in Hemet…Four-year varsity player…2017 First Team All-Mountain Pass League selection…Also lettered in basketball…Personal: Born December 29, 1998, in Murrieta…Son of Darryl and Lynn…Has four older siblings: Ashley, Christine, Lauren, and John…His hero is former big league slugger Manny Ramirez (“He’s had a big influence to me ever since I was five years old. The way he played the game was amazing, and he didn’t let anyone change him for who he was. He found a way for himself to enjoy the game and also compete in a high level”)…Why he chose to attend Chico State: “When I first saw the campus here, it was just amazing and beautiful.
