- Transferred from Butte College in Oroville after two years with the Roadrunners program
- Batted .325 in 2022, leading Butte with four homers and 20 extra base hits to help the Roadrunners advance to the 2022 California Community Colleges Athletic Association (CCCAA) Northern Super Regionals
- A 2020 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School in Chico
- Helped lead the Vikings to the 2019 North State CIF Division II championship
- Also lettered in cross country

Personal 
- Born January 4, 2002, in Chico
- Son of Steve and LeAnn
- Has one older sibling, Jake
- His father is his hero (“He demonstrated and taught me how hard work can beat talent”)
- Says he admires baseball “because it teaches life lessons along the process of your career”
- Why he chose to attend Chico State: “It’s in my hometown; it’s a competitive college with a kinesiology program”
- His greatest sports moment was when his Butte College team went 12 innings to beat Santa Rosa JC to advance to the CCCAA Northern Super Regionals
- The most interesting thing he’s ever done is travel to Hawaii
- The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished was “the success of my 2020 semester and season, and receiving the CalHOPE Courage award”
- Has learned by playing baseball that “consistency is what will help you succeed in almost anything in life”
- Enjoys reading, watching TV series, shooting archery, and working out
- Says that archery is his biggest non-baseball talent
- Has “a little knowledge” on the piano
