Biography

As a Junior (2023)
- Started 24 of 33 games
- Finished second on the team in batting average with a .330
- Led the team in doubles with 10
- Also had 2 doubles and a dozen RBIs
- Went 4-for-4 in stolen bases
- Went 2-for-5 with a double, 2 RBI and 3 runs scored at Sonoma State on March 25
- Had a 4-for-5 game, needed a home run to complete the cycle
- Hit 2 doubles at Cal State Dominguez Hills on April 30

As a Sophomore (2022)
- Started 45 games for Chico State in 2022, batting .362 on the season
- Led the Wildcats in stolen bases (9) while ranking fourth on the team in hits (59), fourth in doubles (13), fifth in runs scored (43), and runs batted in (40)
- Racked up 18 multi-hit games- Batted .405 during a nine-game hitting streak March 20–April 8, 2022
- Hit his first Chico State home run March 12, 2022 vs. San Francisco State
- CCAA Spring Academic Honor Roll recipient

Pre-Chico Days
- Spent the 2021 season at Cowley College in Arkansas City, Kansas, helping lead the Tigers to the Junior College World Series
- Began his college career at Grossmont College in El Cajon
- A 2019 graduate of San Pasqual High School in Escondido
- Batted .344 and stole 54 bases in four varsity seasons, setting a school record for games played
- Led the Golden Eagles to the 2018 CIF San Diego Section Division IV championship
- Two-time First Team All-Valley League selection
- Team MVP in his junior and senior seasons
- Also lettered in basketball

- Son of former major leaguer Damian and Tana
- Has three younger siblings: Jonah, Jaylah, and Jameson
- His dad is his hero (“I look up to him and want to be the best version of myself”)
- The person he most admires in the sports world is Kobe Bryant (“He is the image of hard work and going after what you want with a purpose”)
- Favorite course at Chico State is Management, taught by David Rahn
- Why he chose to attend Chico State: “The coaches, the culture, and the program”
- His greatest sports moment was going to the 2021 Junior College World Series
- The most interesting thing he’s ever done is lead his San Pasqual High School team to a CIF championship
- The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is hitting four home runs in two days
- Has learned by playing baseball that “whether you tell yourself you can or you can’t do something, you’re probably right”
- Enjoys reading when he has some free time
- Says basketball is his biggest talent outside of baseball
- At the top of his bucket list: “Travel to 15 countries”
