One of two freshmen on the Wildcats’ roster…Pre-Chico Days: A 2020 graduate of Amador Valley High School in Pleasanton…Earned two varsity letters…Helped lead the Dons to the 2019 East Bay-Valley League title…Personal: Born April 3, 2002, in Pleasanton…Son of Mick and Tracy…Has one older sibling, Sidney… The person he most admires in the sports world is Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (“As an LSU fan, I admire how he faced adversity throughout his college career and ended up being a Heisman winner”)…Why he chose to attend Chico State: “Both of my parents and several other family members went to Chico State, and since I had grown up coming here it has always felt like home”…His greatest sports moment is during his junior year in high school, when Amador Valley went 22-5 with 11 one-run victories (“Being a part of that team was both nerve-racking and exciting, but the trust between players and coaches was truly special”)…The most interesting thing he’s ever done: “I have traveled to seven different states and hope to travel more this summer”…The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is teaching himself how to play guitar…Has learned by playing baseball “how important it is to keep your head up and stay confident even though adversity”…Enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family…Lists golfing and fishing as two of his biggest talents…Knows how to snowboard and ski…At the top of his bucket list: “Skydiving”…Best advice ever received came from a friend: “You only live once”…Majoring in kinesiology…Plans a career as a physical therapist.
