Transfer from Sierra College in Rocklin…Pre-Chico Days: Played one season for the Wolverines…A 2017 graduate of Center High School in Antelope…Played four varsity seasons…Named to three All-Pioneer Valley League teams…2017 Optimist Game selection…Helped the Center High football team win the 2014 league championship…Also lettered in basketball…Personal: Born January 2, 1999, in Antelope…Son of Andy and Beverly…Has one older sister, Desiree…The person he most admires in the sports world is Kobe Bryant (“He paved the way for so many people my age and truly made me want to work hard every time I heard him speak”)…Favorite course at Chico State is Biomechanics, taught by Dustin Bakkie…Why he chose to attend Chico State: “The environment and care the coaches took in bringing me in”…His greatest sports moment is “getting my first dunk in a tournament game during my sophomore year in high school”…The most interesting thing he’s ever done is training youth sports…The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is receiving his first scholarship to play college baseball…Has learned by playing baseball that “hard work can take you far in life, not just in your sport”…Enjoys golfing with his dad when he has some free time…Says “I can compete in any sport/game thrown at me.
