2011-2012: Earned All-American honors while placing third at the NCAA Championships...Placed second at the NCAA West Regionals, earning All-West Region honors...Placed second at the CCAA Championships behind teammate Adrian Sherrod to earn All-CCAA honors.

2010-2011: Placed fifth at the NCAA Championships and earned his first All America honor...Only Scott Bauhs has finished higher at the NCAA Championships for the Wildcats (He finished first in 2008 and third in 2006)...The best ever finish by a Chico State freshman…Led the team with a fourth place finish at the West Region Championships, earning All-West Region honors…Part of a one-through-four ‘Cats sweep of the CCAA Championships, placing second behind teammate Brent Handa…Recorded a 10th place finish at the Santa Clara Invitational with a time of 24:19…Placed ninth at the Willamette Invitational with a 24:02 PR in the 8K…Placed 30th at the Stanford Invitational running a 24:28…On the track, finished third in the 10K at the 2011 NCAA Championships with a PR of 29:28, the second fastest clocking in school history…Ran a PR of 14:26 in the 5K at the Mt. SAC Invitational…Recorded a 10K of 29:30 at the Stanford Invitational.

2009-2010: Redshirted in both cross country and track for the ’Cats…Turned in several solid performances in the fall competing unattached…Finished in 29th place at the Irvine Invitational…Came in fifth overall at the West Regional Preview meet at San Francisco State…Posted a 24:50 PR while finishing among the top 10 at the Santa Clara Invitational…Wrapped up fall season with a 30:44 10k at the Almond Bowl footrace…On the track, posted a Chico State frosh record of 14:38 for the 5k at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival…Recorded the fastest 10k (30:19) by a Wildcat true frosh at the Mt Sac Invitational.

High School: A standout runner at Barstow HS…Helped his team to four straight team titles at the state cross country championships…As a senior, his second place finish at the state meet (15:15 5k PR) earned All-State cross country honors…On the track, finished second in the Arcadia Invitational 5k (14:45) and finished senior season with an 8:57 run in 3200m at the California State Championships.
