Chico, Calif. – Chico State opened strong in each set but couldn't slow a balanced and efficient Cal State San Bernardino attack Thursday night at Acker Gym, falling in straight sets 25–16, 25–15, 25–21. The Coyotes hit .286 as a team and never trailed beyond the midway point of any frame.
With the loss, Chico State falls to 4–10 overall and 0–7 in CCAA play. Cal State San Bernardino improves to 10–4 and 5–2 in conference.
