Men’s soccer grinds out one-goal win

Hurlow earns PK and converts it for match-winner

ARCATA – The members of the Chico State men's soccer team will be the first to tell you that the Wildcats have not yet played to their potential this season. In the meantime, they are learning one of the most important lessons in Head Coach Felipe Restrepo's book: how to grind out wins.

Chico State improved to 3-2-1 overall and 1-0-0 in the CCAA, while Humboldt State fell to 1-7 overall and 0-4 in the CCAA.

The Wildcats out-shot Humboldt State 11-5, and Triston Montoya made a pair of saves for his first collegiate shutout.
