Tyler St. Laurent is a first-year graduate student at Chico State, where he is continuing his academic and professional development in the field of strength and conditioning following a career on the Wildcat track & field team. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Movement Studies from Chico State and is currently serving in his second year as a strength and conditioning intern for the university’s athletic program.

Prior to his arrival at Chico State, St. Laurent previously excelled as a dual-sport athlete at De Anza College, where he was a two-year starting offensive lineman for the football team and a standout thrower on the track and field team. His athletic accomplishments include winning the 2022 Coast Conference Championship in the hammer throw and earning 3C2A All-State honors with a fifth-place finish at the state meet.

In the summer of 2025, St. Laurent completed an internship with the San José State University football program, where he gained hands-on experience coaching Division I athletes in both weight room and field settings. His responsibilities included programming for return-to-play athletes and managing training equipment and facilities.
