Adam Kasten is a Chico State Alumni, recently graduating with a bachelor's of Exercise Physiology in the fall of 2023. The 2024 season is his first year as an assistant track and field coach specializing in the long and triple jump.
He spent the first two years of his collegiate career at Riverside City College before transferring to Chico State in the spring of 2020, with COVID-19 putting a hold on his career. Eventually, he returned to the track after two seasons of competition had passed.
In his last two years of competing in the long and triple jump for Chico State, he made appearances at the CCAA championships both times and earned himself a 1st place title in the long jump in 2022.
After recently coming fresh from competition, he is ready to take on the coaching role and bring in everything he has to offer to the team.
