I would not be at Chico State if it wasn’t for them”)…The person she most admires in the sports world is Olympic swimming champion Katie Ledecky (“She competes with herself every race and beats her own times which shows her competitive spirit and passion for swimming”)…Chose to attend Chico State “because of the people and the atmosphere that Chico has to offer. It felt like home when I stepped on campus”…Greatest sports moment so far is leading the CCAA in assists and earning All-conference Honorable Mention as a first year freshman…The most interesting thing she’s ever done is sit in the Silver Fork River while a thunderstorm was passing for two straight years…The most impressive thing she has ever accomplished is “Making it to college athletics and excelling in school work”…Has learned by playing volleyball that “tough times don’t last; tough people do”.…Enjoys relaxing with family and friends (“As long as I am surrounded with my people, I don’t mind what we do”)…Can play the ukulele…Like to weld when she has time…At the top of her bucket list: “Camping and hiking in the National Parks across the country”…Majoring in exercise physiology…Plans to go to graduate school and pursue a career as a physical therapist.
