Did not compete due to the COVID-19 pandemic…Earned CCAA All-Academic honors for the 2020–21 academic year.

Competed in one meet during the abbreviated 2020 track & field season, finishing sixth in the 800m (2:21.81) at the March 6 Kim Duyst Invitational…Earned 2019–20 CCAA All-Academic honors.
 
Pre-Chico Days
A 2019 graduate of Lincoln High School…Was an integral member of the Fighting Zebras 2019 Pioneer Valley League championship team, finishing first in the 400m dash and as part of Lincoln’s 4x100m relay team…Two-time Sac-Joaquin Section Division IV 400m dash champion…In 2018 finished first in the PVL as part of the 4x400m relay team…Named PVL All-Around MVP in 2018…Holds the school record in the 400km dash and shares the fastest time in Lincoln High history in the 100m dash…Took top league honors in the 4x200m relay as a freshman…Received the school’s Best Female Athlete award…Also lettered in soccer.
 
Personal
Born February 1, 2001, in Sacramento…Daughter of Tiffany Lee…Her family is her hero (“they helped me throughout this whole pandemic and supported me through the good and bad of any situation or obstacle that I had faced. I’m grateful to them for getting me through it.”…Favorite course at Chico State is Introduction to Dance, taught by Jolene Barry…Why she chose to attend Chico State: “The athletic department welcomed me when I first started as a Chico State athlete with open arms without any judgment, and also helped me through my academic and college career”…Her greatest sports moment was making her Chico State track & field debut in the 2020 Kim Duyst Invitational at Stanislaus State, competing in the 800 meter and 4x400 meter relay before the pandemic hit…Has learned discipline by competing in track & field (“It builds up your character and mindset on what you want to do in life, and I noticed that it’s building up who I truly am”…Enjoys baking when she has some free time…Admits “I love the Disney Princess Tiana from Princess and the Frog, and sneakers”…At the top of her bucket list: “Traveling to other states”…Best advice ever received came from her mom: “Never work to be second best”…Majoring in kinesiology…Hopes to apply to a few kinesiology master’s programs offered in Dallas, Texas, get a job in athletics compliance, and work her way up to become a collegiate athletic director for a university.
