Pre-Chico Highlights:
Earned four varsity letters running for Chico High School…Notched a third place finish to help the Panthers capture the 2019 Northern Section cross country championship…All-Eastern Athletic League selection…Twice competed in the State championships, placing 28th in 2019…Also lettered in basketball.

Born May 30, 2002, in Grand Junction, Colorado…Daughter of Daniel and Tara…Has one younger sibling, Taylee…The person she most admires in the sports world is Michael Jordan (“He understood what it takes to push yourself to be the absolute best”)…Why she chose to attend Chico State: “I felt that the running team was the only college team I felt I needed to be a part of”…Her greatest sports moment was crossing the finish line at the Section championships in the 800m event and beating her personal best time “that I didn’t know I was capable of doing. It made me excited for my future”…The most interesting thing she’s ever done was going with friends to a natural hot springs in Oregon at midnight…The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished is post a PR by four seconds in the 800m after not running at all for three weeks “and only running in the water”…Has learned by running cross country that “I am more capable of completing my goals than what my mind may think sometimes”…Enjoys creating paintings or drawings when she has some free time…Lists being able to moonwalk as one of her biggest talents…Lived in Idaho for 11 years before moving to Chico…At the top of her bucket list: “Travel to Tanzania, Africa for a volunteer aid trip”…Best advice ever received came from her mom: “Your body can do much more than what your mind thinks”…Majoring in communication design…Plans a career as a graphic designer.
