Pre-Chico Days
A 2020 graduate of Bret Harte Union High School in Angels Camp…Competed in cross country and track & field…Helped the Bullfrogs capture three Mother Lode League titles and a pair of Sac-Joaquin Section Division V crowns…2019 MLL champion in 100m, 200m dash…Took top MLL honors in the 100m, 200m, and the 4x100m relay in 2018…Named Bret Harte’s cross country MVP three straight years.

Born November 10, 2002, in Walnut Creek…Daughter of Stacie and Keith…The person she most admires in the sports world is Olympic and World champion sprinter Allyson Felix (“Not only is she an amazing athlete, but she uses her platform to encourage the younger generation to succeed”)…Chose to attend Chico State “because the minute I stepped on campus I felt at home. Not only did I fall in love with the beautiful campus, but meeting all the coaches/staff and seeing all the athletes at practice I could tell that they functioned like a family and that’s something I really want with a team”)…Her greatest sports moment was when she and her high school 4x400 relay team broke the school record in the event…The most interesting thing she’s ever done is, without knowing anyone, flying to Australia when she was 15 years old…The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished is being selected to compete on Team USA in an International Track and Field meet in Australia (“My 4x100 team also won a gold medal”)…Has learned by competing in track & field that “the true winners are the ones who are humble about it”…Enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with friends…Says “I’m pretty good” at baking…Can play the piano…Was a competitive gymnast for eight years before falling in love with track…At the top of her bucket list: “Backpacking in New Zealand”…Best advice ever received came from her dad: “Never let anyone or anything get in the way of what you want to accomplish in life. Follow your heart and do things for yourself and to not let the opinions of others bring you down”…Majoring in kinesiology…Plans a career as a physical trainer/physical therapist with a Division I college or professional sports team.
