- Raced in all six meets
- Finished 171st in 22:13.6 (6K) at the NCAA Championships
- Placed 76th in 22:59.8 (6K) at NCAA West Regionals
- Cross the finish line at 24th in 22:23.5 at the CCAA Championships
- Ran a season-best time of 21:57.1 (6K) at the Cal State San Marcos Cougar Challenge
- Made 5K debut at the Ash Creek Collegiate Invite, running in 19:14.5

As a Sophomore - T&F (2023)
- Appeared in six meets
- Ran the 1,500m, 5,000m, 10,000m
- Finished fourth in the 10,000m, fifth in the 5,000m at the CCAA Championships
- Set a season-best time of 4:52.09 in the 1,500m at the Chico State Invitational
- Ran a PR time of 17:42.23 in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational

- Finished 162nd overall at the NCAA Championships
- Earned All-West Region after finishing 11th at the NCAA West Regionals, running a season-best 21:33.1
- Named All-CCAA following an 11th-place finish at the CCAA Championships

As a Freshman - T&F (2022)
- On the oval, opened the spring season with a 10:17 3k PR March 12, 2022 at the Aggie Open
- Posted a pair of fourth place finishes (4:47.6 in the 800m and 18:23.35 in the 1,500m) March 19, 2022 at the Wildcat Invitational
- Made her 10k debut March 31, 2022 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, finishing seventh with a time of 36:47.0
- Notched a fifth place finish in the 5k (17:28.0) and a 14th place showing in the 1,500m (4:45.5) April 14–15, 2021 at the Bryan Clay Invitational
- Shaved a second off her previous best 1,500m time, stopping the clock at 4:44.7 on the way to a third place finish April 23, 2022 at the Chico Invitational
- Earned her third All-CCAA honor (and first in track & field) with a hard-fought 17:21 5k PR, placing third at the CCAA Track & Field Championships
- Earned two CCAA All-Academic Awards
- Received the 2021–22 Division II Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award

As a Sophomore - XC (2021)
- Began the cross country season with a 14th place finish (6k time of 22:29.4) September 10, 2021 at the San Francisco State Invitational
- Also placed 14th September 25, 2021 at the Cougar Challenge, completing the 6k layout in 21:46
- Placed 18th with a 6k time of 23:01.8 October 9, 2021 at the Western Washington Bill Roe Classic
- Notched a huge personal best 6k time of 20:56.7 while placing third at the CCAA Championships, earning her second All-CCAA cross country honor
- Placed 31st (6k time of 22:24.2) November 6, 2021 at the NCAA West Regional, narrowly missing her second All-Region award
- Concluded the fall season with a 165th place run at the NCAA Championships (6k time of 22:57.7)

As a Freshman - XC (2019)
- Earned All-CCAA and All-West Region XC honors as a true freshman in 2019
- Began Chico State career with a 6k time of 21:38 September 28, 2019 at the Capital Cross Challenge
- Placed 15th (22:23.6) at the Western Washington Classic
- Posted a time of 22:07.8 en route to a third place finish October 26, 2019 at the CCAA Championships, helping the Wildcats capture the program’s 12th straight conference crown
- Recorded season-best time of 21:11.5 November 9, 2019 at the NCAA West Regionals, finishing 17th overall
- Wrapped up the XC campaign with a 64th place finish (21:19.4) November 23, 2019 at the NCAA Championships
 
Pre-Chico Days
As a senior at Livermore’s Granada High School, placed second in the East Bay Athletic League Championships and third at the North Coast Section meet
- Placed 32nd overall at the 2018 state cross country championships with a 5k time of 18:36, helping the Matadors to a second place finish
- Four-time All-EBAL selection
- Earned All-Section honors in 2016 and 2017
- Four-year team captain…Helped Granada High win three consecutive EBAL XC titles and four straight North Coast Section crowns
- On the track, earned All-EBAL and All-Section honors as a senior
- Recorded an impressive 5:07/11:02 double for 1,600m and 3,200m at the EBAL Championships
- Concluded the season with a fourth place finish in the 1,600m at the NCS Meet of Champions, just missing a berth to the state championships.
 
Personal
- Born October 15, 2001, in Pleasanton
- Daughter of Bret and Amy
- Has one older brother, Ben
- Her mom is her hero (“She will always be my hero!”)
- The people she most admires in the sports world are her Wildcat teammates (“I get to see all of their hard work pay off ”)
- Favorite course at Chico State is Analysis of Kinesiology Theory, taught by Ryan Perkins
- Why she chose to attend Chico State: “The great running program and beautiful school”
- Her greatest sports moment was getting running at the 2019 NCAA Cross Country Championships in Sacramento (“Being surrounded by a sea of Chico fans was one of the coolest things I have ever experienced”)
- The most interesting thing she’s ever done is getting to see a track world record in person
- The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished is “being successful as student-athlete is difficult, and I am impressed by everyone who is able to accomplish that”
- Has learned by competing in distance running that “nothing is linear. Bad days are inevitable, and you can gain a ton of mental toughness from them”
- Enjoys reading and being outside with family and friends when she has some free time
- Considers her artistic ability and handwriting her biggest non-sports talents
- At the top of her bucket list: “I would love to go to Europe someday”
- Best advice ever received came from her parents: “All you can do is your best”
- Majoring in exercise physiology
- Hopes to go on to attend graduate school and “get the privilege to work with athletes in the future.”
