As a Sophomore - XC (2023)
- Ran in two meets
- Made cross country debut at the Cal State San Marcos Cougar Challenge, running a season-best 23:35.4 (6K)
- Appeared at the San Francisco State Invitational, running in 25:24.4 (6K)

As a Sophomore - T&F (2023)
- Only appearance was at the Wildcat Invitational, running a 5:20.60 in the 1,500m

As a Sophomore - XC (2022)
- Did not compete

As a Freshman - T&F (2022)
- Ran unattached
- Concluded fall season with a 19:15 5k track time trial
- On the track, recorded a personal best 3k time of 10:54 March 12, 2022 at the Aggie Open
- Followed up with a 5:05.22 1,500m run and a 13th place finish March 19, 2022 at the Wildcat Invitational
- Placed 96th in the 5k (19:45.18) April 1, 2022 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic

As a Freshman - XC (2021)
- Ran unattached
- Placed 46th (6k time of 23:42.2) racing unattached September 10, 2021 at the San Francisco State Invitational
- Finished in 35th place (6k time of 24:10.2) in the Open race October 16, 2021 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational
 
Pre-Chico Days
- Ran both cross country and track at University Preparatory School in Redding
- Started off her high school cross country career with a bang, winning the Northern Athletic League individual title as a freshman
- Two weeks later recorded a second place finish at the North Section championships
- As a sophomore, won three invitationals before defending her NAL title
- She would conclude the season with a 19:40 run at the State Championships
- Won the NAL championships for a third time and her first North Section Championship title in her junior year
- She would conclude the junior campaign with a 22nd place run at the state championships with an 18:44 PR
- An abbreviated senior season included six races, each with top five finishes
- On the track, enjoyed a sparkling sophomore year, recording PR times of 2:25 in the 800m and 5:12 in the 1,600m
- The four lap PR earned resulted in a second place finish at the North Section Championships and a spot on the line at the state championships, where she finished 27th overall
- Her junior track season was cancelled due to COVID, and an abbreviated senior season resulted in a number of top 10 finishes
- Also lettered in soccer and basketball.
 
Personal
- Born May 19, in Chico
- Daughter of Nathan and Jaspal
- Has two younger siblings, Emma and Noah
- Her parents are her heroes (“They work hard while doing things they love to support their lifestyles, which can be hard”)
- The person she most admires in the sports world is Olympic gold medal sprinter/hurdler Sydney McLaughlin (“She is a great example of class and is an amazing role model”)
- Favorite course at Chico State is Phonetics, taught by Susan Steffani
- Chose to attend Chico State “for the beautiful campus, my major program, and for my amazing coach, Gary Towne”
- Her greatest sports moment was winning a section championship in high school
- The most interesting things she’s ever done is drive across the country and back on a family road trip
- The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished: “I played four sports at the same time when I was a freshman in high school and still managed to get a 4.0 GPA”
- Has learned by competing in distance running that “failure doesn’t define you, it helps you grow”
- Enjoys reading, being outside, and spending time with family
- Her biggest talent outside of running: “I can play pretty much any sport”
- Has run through National Parks all across the country
- At the top of her bucket list: “Traveling to Iceland”
- Best advice ever received came from her mom: “Life is going to be hard sometimes, but you can do hard things”
- Majoring in communication sciences and disorders
- Plans to pursue a master’s degree and become a speech pathologist.
