As a Senior - T&F (2023)
- Appeared in six meets
- Ran a season-best 12:03.60 in the 3,000m steeplechase for a 10th place finish at the CCAA Championships
- Set a PR time of 4:52.49 in the 1,500m at the Stans State Invite
- Clocked in 18:45.21 for a PR in the 5,000m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic
- Made only appearance in the distance medley relay at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, running a 12:36.16
As a Senior - XC (2022)
- Appeared in three races
- Best time was 21:58.1 set at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational
2021–22
- Began the fall season with a 77th place run (6k time of 25:29.0) September 10, 2021 at the San Francisco State Invitational
- Placed 114th with a season-best 6k time of 25:02.7 September 25, 2021 at the Cougar Challenge
- Concluded the cross country campaign with a 71st place effort (25:31.5) at the Western Washington Bill Roe Invitational
- On the oval, raced to an eighth place finish in the 2,000m steeplechase (8:36.6) March 12, 2022 at the Aggie Invitational
- Posted a pair of PR’s March 19, 2022 at the Wildcat Invitational, notching a top 10 finish in the 800m (2:39.6) and a 5:30.8 in the 1,500m run
- Health concerns forced her to sit out the remainder of the track & field season.
2020–21
- Did not compete due to the COVID pandemic.
Pre-Chico Days
- Spent two seasons competing in cross country and track for Sierra College in Rocklin
- As a freshman, placed seventh at the Big 8 Conference Cross Country Championships
- Finished 23rd at the 2018 NorCal Championships, helping the Wolverines place third in the overall team standings
- On the track, finished first as part of the Wolverines’ 4x800m and distance medley relay teams at the 2020 American River College Beaver Relays
- Posted a personal best time of 11:54.53 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2019 CCCAA California State Championships, finishing seventh overall
- Clocked a PR time of 5:00.21 in the 1,500m run March 20, 2019 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic
- Won the 5k at the 2019 Jamie Nieto Invitational with a personal best time of 19:27.75
- A 2018 graduate of Whitney High School in Rocklin
- Earned four varsity letters in both track & field and cross country
- Competed in 800m, 1,600m, and 3,200m run, 100m, 200m, and 400m dash, and 4x400m and 4x800m relay
- Twice earned All-Capital Valley Conference honors
- Named team MVP in 2016 and 2017.
Personal
- Born August 17, 2000, in Sacramento
- Daughter of Charles Lambrite and Janelle Jurak
- Has two siblings, Haven and Mason
- Her mom is her hero (“She is one of the strongest people I have ever known and when faced with a challenge, she does not give up. She is also selfless and would drop everything for one of her loved ones or to help someone in need. I aspire to be like her in that way”)
- The person she most admires in the sports world is professional rock climber Alex Honnold (“because of his dedication to his sport, determination to achieve his goals, his fearlessness, and his use of his platform to advocate for the environment and promote the switch to more sustainable resources”)
- Favorite course at Chico State is Biochemical Analysis, taught by Melissa Mache
- Why she chose to attend Chico State: “I believe that Chico State’s team culture has always stood out to me while seeing the them at meets throughout high school and junior college”
- Her greatest sports moment is running the traditional end of camp trail run on the Pacific Crest Trail up to Tinker Knob
- The most interesting thing she’s ever done is learn how to surf in Hawaii
- The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished is earning a 4.0 GPA while holding down three jobs and being a student-athlete
- Has learned by competing in distance running that “rest and work are equally important”
- Enjoys any outdoor activity, reading a book outside, or just being outside when she has some free time
- Her biggest talent outside of running: “Backflips”
- Can play the French horn and a few other instruments
- Says she has seen every

- At the top of her bucket list: “Backcountry snowboarding”
- Best advice ever received came from a stranger she met while hiking in the Tahoe National Forest: “Embrace the present because it is the only time that is certain”
- Majoring in exercise physiology
- Plans to pursue a career as an exercise physiologist.
