Everyone was so welcoming and I wanted to be a part of it”…Her greatest sports moment is either throwing 40 feet in shot put for the first time, or when she threw a personal best in the hammer while wearing a cocktail dress…The most interesting thing she’s ever done is dye her hair purple…The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished is finishing a five book series in four days…Has learned by competing in track & field that “you can’t let the bad days overshadow the good days”…Enjoys reading when she has some free time (“I even read when I don't have free time”)…Claims she can finish a 500 page book in one day…Was part of a national championship All-Star cheer team for five years…At the top of her bucket list: “Taking a road trip across the country”…Best advice ever received came from her grandpa: “You don't get what you wish for, you get what you work for”…Majoring in liberal studies…Plans to teach second grade as well as coach throws at a local high school.
