- Made her Chico State cross country debut by placing 32nd (6k time of 23:08.5) September 10, 2021 at the San Francisco State Invitational
- Finished 27th (22:23.5) September 25, 2021 at the Cougar Challenge
- Posted a 6k time of 23:32.5, good for 32nd place at the October 9, 2021 Western Washington Bill Roe Classic
- Finished 27th and scored a personal best 6k time of 22:02.0 October 23, 2021 at the CCAA Cross Country Championships
- Didn’t compete at the NCAA West Regional, but was the Wildcats’ fifth-best finisher November 20, 2021 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, placing 172nd overall with a 6k time of 23:05.4
- On the track, registered a third place finish by racing to an 18:26.9 5k time March 5, 2022 at the Kim Duyst Invitational
- Raced to a 10:34 PR and a 26th place finish in the 3,000m run March 12, 2022 at the Aggie Open
- Scored a pair of Top 10 finishes March 19, 2022 at the Wildcat Invitational, placing third in the 800m run (PR time of 2:24.4) and eighth in the 1,500m (4:55.6)
- Established a new 5k PR (18:18) April 1, 2022 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic
- Competed in two events April 14–15, 2022 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, finishing 22nd in the 1,500m with a PR time of 4:46.8, and 57th in the 5k (18:40.6)
- Concluded the track & field season with a fifth place finish in the 1,550m (4:51.9) April 23, 2022 at the Chico Invitational
- Earned 2021–22 CCAA All-Academic honors
- Received the Division II Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award.
2020–21
Did not compete due to the COVID pandemic.
Pre-Chico Days
- Lettered in both cross country and track at San Luis Obispo High School
- Helped lead the Tigers to four straight league cross country championships
- Three-time All-League cross country performer
- Won individual Pac 8 League championship as a sophomore in 2018
- Placed third at the county championships that same year after recording a 19:07 a few weeks before at the Clovis Invitational
- Named cross country team MVP during her sophomore year
- Ran in the state championships in both her junior and senior seasons
- On the track, was the league champion in the 3,200m and runner-up in the 1,600m during her sophomore year
- Recorded 5:14 and 11:24 PRs for the 1,600m and 3,200m events that same season.
Personal

- Daughter of Scott and Nancy
- Has one younger sister, Nytasha
- Her parents are her heroes (“They both always worked hard for their goals in running careers and their careers outside running”)
- The person she most admires in the sports world is her former high school teammate Sam Simard (“She is very determined and driven and inspires me to be the same”)
- Why she chose to attend Chico State: “I really liked the campus and the coach, and I wanted to run in college”
- Her greatest sports moment was her last high school race
- The most interesting thing she’s ever done is learn how to ride a unicycle
- The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished is “walking 26 miles in a day for fun”
- Has learned by competing in distance running is to “stay determined even if you think your goals are unattainable”
- Enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and rock climbing when she has some free time
- Says her biggest talent outside of running is “keeping plants alive”
- Loves to bake and make people laugh
