- CCAA Cross Country Team Champion - (2024, 2025)

As a Sophomre - T&F (2025
- Competed in seven meets, primarily in the 1500m and 800m
- Finished 5th in the 1500m at the CCAA Championships with a time of 4:32.94
- Recorded a personal best of 2:14.07 in the 800m at the 2025 Bryan Clay Invite 
- Rounded out the season with a personal best of 4:29.81 in the 1500m at APU Franson Last Chance
- Best finish on the season was the top spot in the 1500m at the Chico Invite (Apr. 12)

As a Sophomore - XC (2024)
- Ran in six meets
- Competed in her first NCAA DII Cross Country Championships, finishing in 200th with a time of 23:24.7. 
- Recorded a personal best of 21:41.8 (6k) at the UAH Chargers XC Invite, finishing in 25th.
- Best finish on the season was a 9th place at Kim Duyst Twilight XC invite (Sept. 14)

As a Freshman - T&F (2024)
- Appeared in seven meets
- Finished 7th at the CCAA Championships in the 800m with a time of 2:30.56

As a Freshman - XC (2023)
- Ran in three meets
- Finished 25th at the CCAA Championships in 22:27.1 (6K)
- Ran a season-best 22:01.6 (6K) at the Cal State San Marcos Cougar Challenge
- Made collegiate debut at the Ash Creek Collegiate Invite, running in 18:22.8 (5K) and finishing eighth

Pre-Chico Days
- Enjoyed a breakout senior cross country season competing at Sanger High School
- Began the cross country season with a 14th place finish at the Woodbridge Classic, completing the three-mile course with a personal best time of 17:55.0
- Rolled to an 18:28.8 5k PR at the Clovis Invitational before returning to the same course to win the County-Metro Athletic Conference title in 18:34
- Placed fifth in the Central Section championships (5k time of 18:59.7), leading the Apaches to a berth in the state meet
- Concluded the fall season with a 52nd place run at the state championships
- On the track, notched 2:17 and 5:09 PR’s for the 800m and 1,600m events during her junior year
- Injury delayed and affected the senior track campaign
- Recorded a near-PR of 2:18 in the 800m run during the Reedley Invitational
- Won a second CMAC title in the 1,600m and finished as the runner-up in the 800m
- The 2022 CIF D-I Championships brought a new 1,600m PR of 5:08
- Wrapped up the season with a 10th place 1,600m run at the CIF Central Section Masters meet
- Helped lead Sanger High to four CMAC titles (two for track, two for cross country) and a CIF Central Section Division II championship
- Three-time All-CMAC selection.
 
Personal
- Born May 20 in Sanger
- Daughter of Geoff and Laurie
- Her hero is her father because "he has been there for me through all my hardships and victories. He knows when I need to get more motivated and discipline and reminds me of how great I can be."
- On her admiration of sports: "I admire that in sports that there is always a community. It’s hard to get up for our 5:45 am practices but knowing that you have all your teammates beside you doing it to and all getting out the door to become better athletes is so special."
- Why she chose to attend Chico State because "it just felt right and it instantly felt like home."
- Her greatest moment in sports so far was winning back the CCAA Cross Country Championship in 2023
- The most impressive thing she does outside of sports is "how much caffeine I can drink without getting the jitters."
- Outside of sports, her best talent is being good at interior decorating
- During her free time, she love to sit outside and have great conversations with her roommates who are her best friends
- On her bucket list is "to impact, inspire and help as many people as I can. I strive to make peoples' day better even if it's just me simply giving them a smile."
- An interesting thing about her is she worked as a barista over the summer so "I can make you an extra delicious coffee."
- The best advice given is "I am often told by my family and friends that I am very outgoing and make everyone feel so included even if I just met them."
- Majoring in Marketing with aspirations to find a job "where I get to interact with people everyday and be hands on with creating a better business wherever I end up."
