- Her hero is her sister because "she has been there for me through every step of life, and never fails to inspire me through her own hard work. She is my best friend, and I would not have gotten to where I am today without her."
- Admires American hurdler Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone because "Her strong mindset and drive in competitions is something I strive to have as I compete in my own races."
- Chose Chico State because "being here gives me the opportunity to be a part of a successful team and good education, which is what I wanted when transferring from a juco."
- When asked her greatest moment in sport so far: "I would have to say my freshman year of college at Mesa, when the women's XC team took second at state. We didn't place first, but we had the best finish for the women's team since 1994. We were pretty hyped about that."
- The most impressive thing she's done outside of sports: "I am pretty proud of my educational accomplishments outside of running. I graduated high school with AP and IB classes, got CTE certification in photography, and earned my AA in community college."

- During her spare time, she loves to read, "I could spend a whole day reading and doing nothing else."
- Has two things on her bucket list: "The first is to see the Colosseum in Rome, and the second is to see a Manta Ray in person. It's my favorite animal."
- An interesting thing about her is "I'm a twin, but we don't look anything alike. If we did, I definitely would've forced her to go to my math classes for me."
- The best advice she received is "As long as I try my best, it will always be enough."
